Barry, who is very exuberant in his love of life, needs a new family who will make him a part of their lives, and be committed to him to continue to make him a confident and successful dog.
It is a must that he lives in the house with his people as he just loves to be with his family. He tries to get out of fencing just to be with them. He is a very sweet boy.
He is good with people, children, and female dogs. He does not like male dogs. He will go to a home with a female dog, if there is another dog, as not all dogs of the same sex see eye-to-eye.
He He is very gentle with children who are well-behaved with him.
He is good in the car.
He will go to a single family dwelling with a securely fenced yard of at least 5-feet.
Barry isn't sure of other dogs on walks so confidence building is a must.
A pre-requisite will be to sign up for the Home School the Dog program to give him the best chance at success. Proof of registration will be required.
There is a $400 adoption contribution.
